Anisa Fagu

Anisa Fagu is an experienced professional in the field of urbanism and territorial planning, who has contributed for more than 15 years in these disciplines, first in the private sector and then in the public administration. Graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Tirana in 2008, she pursued post-graduate studies completing a professional Master’s in Spatial Planning and defended her Doctorate with the topic “The Impact of the Metabolism Approach on Spatial Planning in Albania”.
In her role as a lecturer at the Polytechnic University of Architecture and Urbanism in Tirana, Anisa is engaged in educating students and helping the development of new generations in this field. In the academic aspect, she has contributed to several publications and scientific articles dealing with various topics on urban planning.
During her career in the public sector, she has been part of many important projects and initiatives, highlighting the direction of the technical working group for the drafting of the first National Territorial Plan ‘Albania 2030’ and the contribution to the project “Metabolism of Albania”, initiatives of importance for the direction of the sustainable development of the country’s territory.
