Eljon Hila

Eljon Hila is a seasoned lawyer with more than 15 years of experience on private, commercial, and administrative law as a legal consultant and attorney for numerous domestic and international individuals and companies operating in transports, expedition, financial services, construction, and commerce. During his career he has accumulated experience in the public administration as Lawyer at the Agency for the Resolution and Compensation of Properties, and, during 2018 he got promoted as Legal Adviser for the Minister of Defense of Republic of Albania. During 2020 Eljon worked in Florida, US for SitusAMC, as a real estate documents analyst, reviewing Deeds, Titles, and Mortgages, also worked for Bank of America as underwriter for PPP Loans.

During his career he grew a keen passion for teaching law contributing as Adjunct Professor of private a public law classes at University College of Business in Tirana Law School, where, among the teaching sessions, he conducted his research in commercial law, family law, and customary law, publishing several articles and participating in numerous domestic and international scientific conferences.

Eljon graduated with a LLB from KU Luarasi, and an Executive Master of Criminal Law from University of Tirana School of Law. Also, during his stay in the United States he completed the academic program Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University, where he become part of Dean`s List for the academic year 2023. He is a member of “The National Society of Leadership and Success”, for the branch of FGCU. Eljon is fluent in English, Italian, and Greek along with his native language, Albanian.
