Kristal Hykaj

Kristal Hykaj has successfully completed Bachelor in Banking and International Finance and Master in Management with specialization in Entrepreneurship at City University in London. In 2017, he received the scientific degree of Doctor of Science in Diplomacy and International Relations of the EU. In February 2013, he started working at the Ministry of Finance in the Debt department where he dealt with the study and analysis of debt and until January 2022 he was part of this Ministry in different positions and different sectors. From February to 2022, he is part of the private sector where he is in charge of managing a business in the field of production. At the same time, he is a part-time lecturer in various Universities inside and outside Albania in Albanian and English in subjects related to his field of studies and his work expertise. He is currently doing research to draft research papers to fulfill the legal obligations in the preparation of the application file for the scientific title of Associate Professor. Kristali has participated in several international trainings at the most prominent institutions and universities of the Western world.
